His background includes hands-on knowledge of process piping modifications, system upgrades, equipment retrofits, and expansion-driven mechanical planning. This deep infrastructure-level experience allows Rhino Mechanical to evaluate systems holistically — not just at the equipment level, but across the entire mechanical network.
Ronny built Rhino Mechanical in 2013 on the belief that facilities require more than reactive service. They require informed planning, technical precision, and modernization strategies that protect uptime and long-term operational performance.
How Rhino Mechanical Was Built
The name “Rhino Mechanical” was inspired by a leadership lesson that shaped how this company operates.
During a professional development class, participants were asked to draw a rhinoceros. Every drawing was different. Each person interpreted the instructions in their own way.
Then the instructor repeated the exercise — but this time, he gave step-by-step direction on exactly how to draw the rhino. When the drawings were finished, they all looked the same.
The lesson was simple: if you want consistent results, you have to “draw the rhino” clearly. You cannot assume everyone sees the same picture. You cannot leave room for shortcuts or interpretation when precision matters.
That philosophy became foundational to Rhino Mechanical.
